Please allow 8-14 days for order processing and shipping. If you have not received your order after 2 weeks, please email info@victoriatom.com for assistance.

VICTORIA TOM is not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to the shipping process. However, if you incur issues, email us, and we will try to assist the best we can.

International Shipping

Once your order is processed, your items will be shipped with DHL and may take an additional 5-7 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any taxes, duties, or fees charged by the destination country for all international orders.
